Membership

Hours held in advance

For clients who fly the same region repeatedly, membership converts a series of arrangements into one. Hours are held against your name, availability is guaranteed on notice, and the aircraft class is fixed so you always know what you are boarding.

01

Guaranteed availability

Aircraft in your contracted class are guaranteed on the notice period of your tier, every day of the year. There are no peak-day blackouts and no surcharge calendar.

02

One advisor, one file

The same advisor holds your preferences, your regular passengers, your catering and your ground arrangements. Nothing is re-explained at the start of each trip.

03

Hours that keep

Unused hours carry for twenty-four months and remain refundable at the rate at which they were purchased. Terms are set once and do not move mid-contract.

04

Assistants first

Executive assistants book directly, with standing authority levels agreed in advance — so the desk acts on the first message rather than seeking confirmation from the principal.

Where it fits

When hours in advance make sense.

Membership fits

When flying is a pattern

You fly the same region through the year; assistants book on your behalf; you want the same class of aircraft every time; and a fixed annual budget matters more than a per-trip quote.

Charter is simpler

When flying is occasional

Your trips are one-off or seasonal; routes and aircraft needs vary widely; and you would rather not commit hours up front. Charter by the trip covers it without a contract.

In the details

Questions before you commit hours.

Do unused hours expire?

They carry for twenty-four months and stay refundable at the rate you bought them. Terms are fixed at signing and do not move mid-contract.

What if my aircraft isn't free?

Guaranteed availability means an aircraft in your contracted class is provided on your tier's notice, every day — no blackout dates and no peak-day surcharge.

Can my assistant book directly?

Yes, at a standing authority level agreed in advance — so the desk acts on the first message rather than calling the principal to confirm.

Can I fly outside my region?

Occasionally, yes — arranged trip by trip, with hours drawn from your balance where the class matches and priced at agreed terms where it does not.

How is flight time counted?

Actual flight time on the aircraft. Positioning within your contracted region is not billed against your hours.

“We stopped negotiating every trip. One agreement a year, and the aircraft is simply there when the diary says so.”
— Executive assistant to a principal, Singapore
