INDD Air was formed by operators and flight-department people who had spent their careers watching private aviation in Asia handled from somewhere else. The desk sits in Hong Kong, the crews live in the region, and the client relationship stays inside the company.

Operators, not intermediaries

We hold the certificate, employ the crew and plan the maintenance. When something changes at two in the morning, the person who answers can decide rather than relay.

Discretion as policy

Movements, manifests and destinations are restricted internally on a need-to-know basis. We publish no client names, no case studies and no route data — including our own.

Safety, audited continuously

Two type-rated captains on every leg, recurrent simulator training twice a year, and third-party safety audit maintained without lapse rather than renewed before inspection.

Regional fluency

Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean and English across the desk and the cabin, with handling relationships held directly at the fields our clients repeat.
